Events

In the future, we plan on having group events dedicated to improving health, and providing a supportive environment.

However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all events are on hold at this time.

When it is safe to gather once again, we look forward to sharing some of the following experiences with you:

  • Cooking Demonstrations: To learn more ways to eat healthfully

  • Walks and Hikes in Local Parks: To engage in physical activity, get a healthy dose of sunlight to improve our sleep pattern, and immerse ourselves in nature to benefit our mental well-being.

  • Yoga in the Park: To practice mindfulness, and take in the beauty of nature.

  • Potlucks: To eat delicious, whole food plant based dishes and experience social engagement and support.

  • Documentary Screenings and Other Learning Opportunities: To engage our minds, and remind us of the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
