Non-member Appointments allow patients who only need to see us infrequently, are not interested in the membership access to high quality, affordable Lifestyle Care services.
Non-Member Appointment Cost:
$1 per 1 minute of face to face appointment time with our provider.
Initial visits typically take 1 to 2 hours of face to face time.
Follow-up appointments typically take 30 to 60 minutes of face to face time.
However, we can be flexible to fit your needs.
